Mentone and the surrounding areas are full of beauty and adventure. Aside from attending one of our world class fitness & wellness retreats, you can choose to hike spectacular waterfalls, kayak, take a swing at some world class golfing, cycle and more. If you are up for big adventures, you can test your skills at some of the best rock climbing, hang gliding and paragliding in the South. Mountain bikes and paddle boards are available at the lodge as well. You can also horseback ride to a waterfall or trail run through the breathtaking mountain trails. The beauty and terrain of the area will not disappoint.
