Hans Rueffert is a chef, father, and gastric cancer survivor and advocate who will be teaching an incredible workshop at the lodge this October. Join Chef Hans Rueffert (Next Food Network Star, GPTV) as he celebrates and explores the connection between what we EAT and how we FEEL. A 17 year gastric cancer survivor, Hans (known as the “stomachless chef”) will share his story and insights while he demonstrates a classic winter dish that checks all the boxes: delicious, simple, and nutritious.
Free to attend, but donations for the Gastric Cancer Foundation appreciated.
