Roll up your sleeves and dig into the art (and science) of bread making during this hands-on, three-day intensive at Andiamo Lodge, led by British Master Chef Jason Palin. Whether you're a passionate home baker or just "knead" a new skill, this workshop is designed to elevate your craft through expert techniques, hands-on practice, and delicious inspiration.

What you’ll learn:

  • Fermentation fundamentals

  • Lamination techniques

  • Dough shaping and proving

  • Working with enriched doughs

  • Flour types and hydration levels

What you’ll bake:

  • Farmhouse loaves

  • Bagels

  • Croissants

  • Pizza dough

  • Focaccia

  • Brioche

  • Crumpets

  • Scones

  • Daily breakfast and lunch at Andiamo Lodge

  • Drinks and snacks throughout the day

  • All ingredients and supplies

Class runs from 10AM–4PM each day, with a midday break for lunch.
